What is Partners for Homeownership?

        Partners for Homeownership is a nonprofit organization that develops new housing or rehabilitates existing housing for sale to area families with annual incomes around $30,000.

 

        Partners for Homeownership helps prospective homeowners prepare for the home buying process through a series of workshops and one-on-one counseling.  Partners for Homeownership also offers special financing programs for first time homebuyers that combine bank and public financing to make these homes affordable.
